About Us
Paya Oil Refining Company was established in February 2016 with the aim of establishing an oil production unit in Hormozgan province and on the northern side of Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company. The initial engineering studies of this project were carried out in 2017, but more serious progress in the field of commissioning and construction began after the purchase of 100 percent of its shares by Paya Sarwat Management Holding in March 1400. Following these changes and developments and due to the continuous efforts of the management group and colleagues of this project, the oil production unit of the company in February 1402 with the capacity to produce 94 thousand tons of SN 90 base oil and 15 thousand tons of light slack wax, simultaneously with the presence of Mr. Dr. Raisi, the President of the Islamic Republic was inaugurated and its operation began in March of the same year. With the realization of this goal, the fifth company producing the first refined base oil in the country has entered the market of this product. One of the advantages of this project is its feed supply, which is provided from the Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company located on the south side of the company. Also, the close distance to Shahid Rajaei port is an important advantage for exporting our products. In the field of product quality, due to the high precision in the engineering stage and strict supervision in the manufacturing stage and the quality of the received feed, this unit has the ability to produce its products sustainably with excellent characteristics such as very low sulfur content and high flash point. Also, due to the extensive facilities of the company in the field of blending, various products of industrial oils with the specifications requested by customers can be produced and delivered.
It is a matter of pride that with the launch of this project, the value chain of hydrocarbon products is completed and from the point of view of export development, foreign exchange and job creation, a service, albeit a small one, is done to the country.

Paya Oil Refining Company, in a new chapter of its ownership and management since 1401, tried to reactivate the project of building an oil production unit located in Bandar Abbas, which had remained stagnant for more than a year, and by signing numerous contracts in the fields of engineering, equipment and contractors, By God’s will, the physical progress of the project will reach from 43% at the beginning of the year to 80% at the end of the year. Even now, in the first half of 1402, this progress has reached the threshold of 90%, so that we can be more hopeful than ever for the exploitation of this project in the second half of this year. This important achievement was not possible without the grace of God and the trust and support of the shareholders, especially in Paya Wealth Management Holding, the respected members of the board of directors and all my dear colleagues in the management departments and hardworking employees and workers who, hand in hand, completed a great project. have advanced Also, preliminary technical and economic studies for the second and third phases, respectively, including the plan to build tanks at the Shahid Rajaei Wharf in Bandar Abbas and increase the capacity of the oil production unit on the current land, are underway, which, hopefully, with the grace of God and the efforts of their colleagues, will also be according to the schedule. go forward As the trustee of the trust of the dear shareholders, along with all the managers and employees of the company, I consider myself the guarantor of the interests of these dear ones at all times, and the completion and development of these precious assets, maximum production in the exploitation phase and the creation of a well-known brand among the market participants of this company’s products.
