By the decision of the board of directors of Paya Oil Refining Company, Mr. Mehdi Nasuti Fard was elected as the new CEO of the company.
One of the other decisions made today was the selection of Mr. Reza Moghadasi Fard as the chairman of the board of directors.
Also Mr. Ehsan Mojtahedi’s efforts were appreciated during the company’s operational management period and he was appointed as a non-compulsory member of the board of directors.
